I Got Home From MCC and Immediately Broke Everything.
That’s what I do when something works. I go back to the foundation and make it better.
I was in Arlington for seven days. Got there Monday morning to help set up the conference before most people even knew it was happening. Stayed through the whole thing, start to finish. Two times on stage. More real conversations than I can count. I flew home Sunday night on a flight that sat on the ground for almost four hours before it moved. Got back Monday morning running on fumes, a head cold, and more momentum than I’ve had in a long time.
First thing I did was open my Claude instructions and delete everything.
Not because they weren’t working. Because I’d just spent a week watching what happens when the right systems meet the right room, and I knew I could build something sharper. The custom context that tells Claude who I am, how I think, what I’m building, and what my voice sounds like. That’s not a prompt. That’s an operating system. I rebuilt it from scratch before I did anything else.
Then I shipped.
The TSV AI Academy landing page has been sitting in my head for weeks. The vision was clear. The stack was decided. What I needed was a window to actually sit down and build it. Turns out that window was 45 minutes at a hotel table in Arlington, mid-conversation with Joe from MowPod about why the people actually using AI are living in a completely different reality than everyone else.
He walked over while I was mid-build. Watched for a minute. Then said: “That should have taken weeks.”
It didn’t. Claude Code, Next.js, Tailwind, Supabase. A clear direction and enough prior scaffolding to move fast. By the time I got home it was deployed, live, waitlist form connected to a real database, confirmation email firing on signup, domain pointed. First real signup was Joe Rubin.

The founding member price is $150. It goes to $300 when the course opens. That’s not a countdown timer trick. It’s a filter. The people who show up at $150 are the people I want to build this with. If that’s you, the page is live right now.
One more thing. The full MCC talk is behind the paywall. No edits, no cleanup, no memorized speech. Just me and a room full of veterans for 25 minutes with one goal: make sure nobody left without something real they could use. If you want to see what that actually looked like, it’s right here for paid subscribers.
My name is Adam Peters, and I’m here to unfuck the transition.
