Before Joe sat down at my table this morning, I was already building.

I had my laptop open, Claude Code running in the terminal, and a prompt ready to execute. The scaffolding for the TSV AI Academy project had been sitting in GitHub for weeks - Next.js installed, Tailwind wired up, Supabase connected, folder structure in place. All the prep work was done.
